  • Develop and maintain report database (treatment plans, employee files, etc).
  • Sort and organize paperwork/ electronic files after entering data to ensure safety and availability.
  • Other additional and/or alternative duties as assigned from time to time.

Requirements

  • Associate's degree in health management or related field
  • 2 years of retail pharmacy technician experience- CPhT Required***
  • High School Diploma/GED with 4 years of retail pharmacy technician experience- CPhT Required***
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Strong working proficiency with Office Suite (This is a MUST)
  • 2 years in an administrative role
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively
  • Proven ability to handle confidential information with discretion, be adaptable to various competing demands, and demonstrate the highest level of stakeholder/client service and response
  • Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build relationships with stakeholders, including staff, the leadership team, and external partners
  • Demonstrated proactive approaches to problem-solving with strong decision-making capability
