Job summary

Walgreens is seeking a Customer Experience/Pharmacy Support team member in Minnesota to greet customers, assist with products and services, and resolve questions to ensure a positive experience.

Under pharmacist supervision, duties include processing prescriptions, maintaining pharmacy workflows, handling cash transactions, and supporting inventory. Strong English, flexibility, and retail experience are preferred; PTCB not required at entry but welcome.

Qualifications

• Must be fluent in reading, writing, and speaking English.
• Willingness to work a flexible schedule including evenings and weekends.
• Six months of experience in a retail environment is preferred.
• Prior Walgreens experience is preferred.
• Good math skills for counting, measuring, and weighing medications.
• Basic computer skills and aptitude with store inventory control.
• PTCB certification is preferred and may be required for advancement.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers and patients and assist with products and services to ensure a positive experience.
• Under pharmacist supervision, assist in pharmacy operations and maintain workflow.
• Process prescriptions and enter patient and drug information with accuracy.
• Assist with inventory management, cash handling, and point-of-sale transactions.
• Support pharmacy staff in coordinating clinical services and community outreach.
