Job summary

Walgreens Careers in Minnesota is seeking a Pharmacy Technician to assist the pharmacist under direct supervision in dispensing and performing pharmacy duties. Qualifications

Must be fluent in reading, writing, and speaking English.
Willingness to work flexible schedule, including evenings and weekend hours.
Six months of experience in a retail environment preferred.
Prior Walgreens experience preferred.
Good math skills for counting, measuring and weighing medications.
Good computer skills.
Knowledge of store inventory control preferred.
PTCB certification preferred.

Responsibilities

Assist the pharmacist under direct supervision in dispensing and pharmacy duties.
Enter patient and drug information in pharmacy systems and process prescriptions.
Assist with inventory management and cash handling.
