Walgreens in El Cajon, CA is seeking a Customer Experience/Pharmacy support role focused on delivering a positive patient and customer experience. You will greet customers, assist with product needs, and support pharmacists in dispensing and data entry, while contributing to inventory management and store operations.

The role requires flexibility for evenings/weekends and familiarity with basic pharmacy processes; prior Walgreens exposure is preferred.

Formación

• Six months of experience in a retail environment.
• Ability to count, measure and weigh medications.
• Strong computer skills and familiarity with store inventory control.

Responsabilidades

• Engages customers and patients to assist with products and services, resolving issues to ensure a positive experience.
• Assist pharmacists in dispensing and processing prescriptions under supervision, including entering patient data and checking for interactions.
• Support inventory management, handling stock, orders, and warehouse loss/damage documentation.
