Qualifications

• Must have HS diploma or GED or equivalent.
• Active Texas CPhT license with 20 hours CE every 2 years.
• Experience with pharmacy software and retail operations.

Responsibilities

• Provide superior customer service and adhere to SOPs.
• Input prescriptions and verify patient information; process third-party claims.
• Assist with inventory, recalls, and returns; help with facilitating dispensing processes.
• Maintain PHI privacy and HIPAA compliance; support packaging and labeling.
• Operate and troubleshoot pharmacy automation equipment (e.g., Kirby Lester, ScriptPro).
• Coordinate with pharmacists and store teammates to ensure accurate, efficient service.
