Qualifications

• Fluent in reading, writing, and speaking English.
• Willing to work flexible schedule including evenings and weekends.
• Must earn and maintain PTCB certification.
• Prefer six months of experience in a retail environment.

Responsabilités

• Assist the pharmacist under direct supervision in dispensing and related pharmacy duties.
• Use pharmacy systems to obtain patient and drug information and process prescriptions.
• Support customer experience by greeting customers and resolving questions to ensure satisfaction.
• Assist with inventory management, ordering, receiving, and stocking of pharmaceuticals.
• Handle cash transactions and operate the cash register per company policies.
• Answer phone calls that do not require pharmacist attention and coordinate with healthcare providers as needed.
• Ensure compliance with pharmacy policies, including Good Faith Dispensing and quality improvement procedures.
• Maintain store cleanliness and organization of Pharmacy Department and assist with special assignments as needed.
