Blink Health in Chesterfield, MO is hiring a Pharmacy Technician to process prescriptions and support provider communications. The role emphasizes accuracy in data entry, adherence to protocols, and collaboration with pharmacists and other technicians.

Requirements include 6 months of pharmacy tech experience, PTCB/NHA certification, and active PA license or willingness to obtain. Shifts are CST with on-site work at our Chesterfield location and comprehensive benefits.

Qualifications

• Minimum 6 months prior Pharmacy Technician experience or related industry background.
• PTCB or NHA certification required prior to joining.
• Licensure: Must hold an active PA Pharmacy Technician license or be willing to obtain and approved prior to start date.
• Professional phone presence in a support/service capacity.
• Attention to detail with a high degree of accuracy.
• Strong technical aptitude and ability to learn complex new software.
• Competent in basic pharmacy calculations.

Responsibilities

• Process data entry of electronic, faxed, and verbal prescriptions per Blink protocols, with a focus on complex and higher-difficulty entries.
• Serve as point of contact for provider/physician communications, handling both outbound and inbound calls.
• Accept inbound provider calls through warm transfers, ensuring call context is established prior to acceptance; patient calls are not currently part of this role, responsibilities are subject to change as business needs evolve
• Resolve open issues submitted by a variety of departments, including pharmacists, other technicians, and Incident Coordinator team
• Perform all tasks in a safe and compliant manner consistent with corporate policies and State and Federal laws
• Other duties as assigned in the Pharmacy Technician role
