Job summary

Walgreens seeks a Pharmacy Technician helper in Fayetteville, NC to assist the pharmacist under supervision and support pharmacy operations. You will enter patient and drug information in pharmacy systems, assist cashiers, and help ensure accuracy and safety in prescription processing.

You will greet customers, resolve issues, maintain inventory, and contribute to delivering a distinctive Walgreens customer experience while upholding the Pharmacy Code of Conduct and company policies.

Qualifications

• Must be fluent in reading, writing, and speaking English.
• Requires willingness to work flexible schedule, including evening and weekend hours.
• Six months of experience in a retail environment preferred.
• Prior Walgreens experience preferred.
• Good math skills for accurate prescription filling, including counting, measuring, and weighing medications.
• Good computer skills.
• Knowledge of store inventory control.
• PTCB certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assist pharmacist in dispensing prescriptions under supervision.
• Enter patient and drug information in pharmacy systems and ensure accuracy.
• Assist cashiers and handle cash as required.
