Quality Talent Group is seeking a Certified Pharmacy Technician – Compounding in Ohio to oversee and grow non-sterile compounding activities. The role emphasizes patient safety, quality, and regulatory compliance within a state-of-the-art facility.

You will manage compounding processes, ensure equipment readiness, and maintain meticulous records while adhering to USP <795>/ <800> standards and patient care requirements.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Active Ohio Certified Pharmacy Technician registration.
• At least 1 year of pharmacy technician experience.
• Hospital or compounding experience preferred.
• Familiarity with USP <795>, USP <800>, and non-sterile compounding.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• Ability to follow procedures and maintain compliance.
• Organized, dependable, and collaborative.

Responsibilities

• Compound non-sterile medications according to prescription orders and site SOPs
• Clean, calibrate, and maintain compounding equipment and workspaces
• Stage raw materials and manage non-sterile compounding inventory
• Maintain batch records, ingredient logs, and cleaning logs
• Follow USP <795>, USP <800>, and applicable state and federal requirements
• Maintain a clean, safe, organized, and compliant work environment
• Complete training, competency assessments, and annual revalidation

Shift Options:

• Front Half: Sunday-Wednesday, 7:00 AM - 5:30 PM
• Back Half: Wednesday-Saturday, 7:00 AM - 5:30 PM
• Donut: Monday, Tuesday, Thursday & Friday, 7:00 AM - 5:30 PM
