Job summary

Pharmacy First Health in Dyersville, IA is seeking a Certified Pharmacy Technician to join our rural health initiative. You will assist the pharmacist in accurately filling and dispensing prescription medications and processing orders from patients and providers.

You will manage inventory, handle insurance claims, and help patients with billing questions while maintaining HIPAA compliance and a patient-focused environment.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Certified Pharmacy Technician required by state law for at least 1 year.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to work accurately in a fast-paced environment.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills; comfortable working directly with patients.
• Basic computer proficiency; experience with pharmacy software is a plus but not required.
• Ability to stand for extended periods and manage a busy, team-oriented workspace.

Responsibilities
