Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Assist the pharmacist in filling and dispensing prescription medications.
• Receive and process prescription orders from patients, physicians, and healthcare providers.
• Manage and maintain pharmacy inventory, including stock deliveries and flagging low-supply items.
• Handle point-of-sale transactions, process insurance claims, and assist patients with billing questions.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and compliant pharmacy environment per regulations.
• Communicate clearly with patients and direct complex questions to the pharmacist.
• Uphold patient confidentiality and HIPAA requirements at all times.
