Job summary

Qualifications

• ExCPT Certification and State Board registration required.
• 1 year of experience in Retail, Ambulatory, Outpatient, Hospital, Acute Care, or Home Infusion pharmacy (required).
• High School Diploma or GED required.

Responsibilities

• Assist pharmacist in preparation of medications for inpatients and outpatients; follow established procedures.
• Perform sterile and non-sterile compounding per USP guidelines where appropriate.
• Lead specialized activities such as Medication History, Medication Assistance, chemotherapy IV compounding, sterile IV prep oversight, and inventory/operations support.
