Job summary

Qualifications

• Must comply with HIPAA regulations and company policies.
• Maintain current national/state registration, certification or license as required by state law.
• Assist pharmacist and perform reception, data entry, adjudication and product dispensing tasks.
• Support clerks/technicians through coaching and training.
• Compound medications according to state regulations and perform post-fill audits.

Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional customer service while handling reception, data entry, adjudication and dispensing duties.
• Assist pharmacist with responsibilities not requiring professional judgment.
• Support non-dispensing services using various platforms and applications.
• Comply with sanitation and safety guidelines per company and regulatory requirements.
• Report all violations or unsafe conditions to store management.
