Responsibilities

• Provides Member service by acknowledging needs, assisting with purchasing decisions, locating merchandise, resolving issues, and promoting products and services.
• Operates hardware such as cash registers or related equipment, processes member purchases, and assists in payments, returns, refunds and exchanges.
• Provides Pharmacy products and services to Members by assisting with processing prescription and OTC orders and purchases, stocking and securing Pharmacy supplies and merchandise, entering prescription information or filing prescriptions and completing paperwork.
• Receives and stocks merchandise in the Pharmacy area and maintains the Pharmacy area following procedures, utilizing equipment, and documenting logs.
• Completes work assignments by prioritizing tasks, communicating progress, and adapting to feedback and change.
• Complies with company policies and standards of ethics and integrity; adheres to Open Door Policy in business processes.
