Responsibilities

• Provide Member service by acknowledging needs, assisting with purchasing decisions, locating merchandise.
• Process member purchases, payments, returns, refunds, and exchanges using appropriate procedures.
• Assist with processing prescription and OTC orders in Pharmacy, stocking supplies and maintaining paperwork and records.
• Stock and organize Pharmacy area and ensure merchandise is secure and properly logged.
