Community Health Systems is seeking a Certified Pharmacy Technician II to support safe medication preparation, dispensing, and patient care in a hospital setting. The role collaborates with pharmacists, maintains accurate records, and ensures compliance with USP and hospital policies.

• 0-2 years of experience as a Pharmacy Technician in a hospital or healthcare setting.
• LPT - Licensed Pharmacy Tech in state of employment or BCLS certification required.

Responsabilidades

• Assist pharmacists in preparation, compounding, labeling, and dispensing of medications.
• Prepare sterile and non-sterile compounded meds using aseptic techniques.
• Manage inventory; monitor stock levels and perform audits to prevent shortages.
• Maintain accurate records of dispensing, inventory, and controlled substances.
• Support medication reviews and reconciliation as needed.
• Ensure compliance with safety protocols and hospital policies.
