Job Title: Pharmacy Technician (Float)

Position Class: Non-Exempt

Supervised By: Pharmacist in Charge

Supervision Exercised: None

Pay Range: Based Upon Experience

Summary

Position includes but is not limited to data entry, dispensing prescriptions, customer service (in person and by phone), use of a cash register, use of PinoeerRX computer program and any additional duties necessary for the operation of the pharmacy. Primary location is based at our Westside Health Center (Pharmacy), WV and requires compensated travel to multiple pharmacies within the organization, all within 25 miles of Charleston, WV.

Daily Technician duties include but are not limited to:

• Pharmacy opening preparations
• Data Collection
• Customer Service
• Prescription Processing
• Inventory Control
• Financials
• General Pharmacy Support
• HIPAA Compliance
• Displaying courtesy and respect to patients, vendors and coworkers

Education

Certified Pharmacy Technician.

Experience

Minimum 1 year Pharmacy Tech Experience preferred.
