Responsibilities

• Provide prompt, friendly customer service by greeting customers with a smile and learning their names.
• Assist pharmacists in preparing prescription drug products for dispensing.
• Handle prescription processing and insurance billing with accuracy and care.
• Maintain accurate patient information and confidentiality per HIPAA.
• Order, stock, and log invoices for pharmacy supplies and vaccines as applicable.
• Perform cash transactions accurately and support vaccine administration as allowed by law.
