Job summary

Sam's Club in Marion, IL is seeking a dedicated team member to provide member service, assist with purchases, locate merchandise and resolve issues while promoting our products and services.

You will process transactions at the register, handle payments, returns, and exchanges, stock Pharmacy supplies, fill prescriptions, and maintain the Pharmacy area according to company procedures.

Responsibilities

• Provide Member service by acknowledging needs, assisting with purchasing decisions, locating merchandise, resolving issues, and promoting products and services.
• Process member purchases and assist in payments, returns, refunds and exchanges using proper procedures for different membership and payment types.
• Provide Pharmacy products and services by assisting with processing prescription and OTC orders, stocking supplies, entering prescription information, and completing paperwork.
• Receive and stock merchandise in the Pharmacy area and maintain the Pharmacy space following procedures and documentation.
• Complete work assignments by using policies and resources, collaborating with managers and coworkers, prioritizing deadlines, and communicating progress.
• Adhere to Open Door Policy and Walmart values, act with integrity, and hold oneself and others accountable.
• Deliver results by focusing on customers, making informed decisions, balancing short- and long-term priorities, and embracing improvement and change.
