Job summary

Majotima Corp seeks an Experienced Personal Trainer to join our Walnut Creek gym. You will coach small-group sessions, customize workouts to clients’ goals, and educate on safe, effective techniques. The ideal candidate is a strong teacher, independent, responsible, and passionate about fitness.

We value excellent communication and the ability to contribute to marketing events and community initiatives while maintaining high safety standards.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED is required.
• At least 5 years of experience as a personal trainer or fitness instructor.
• Knowledge of physiology, exercise technique, and body mechanics.
• First aid and CPR-certified.
• Positive, motivating interpersonal communication skills.
• Excellent organizational and time management skills.
• Independent and responsible work attitude.

Responsibilities

• Create individualized workouts tailored to client needs.
• Expertly coach small group training sessions (max 6 people).
• Ensure gym safety standards and procedures are followed.
• Assist with marketing, events, social media and community events.
