Job summary

City Fitness LLC is seeking a Personal Training Coach to lead individual and small-group sessions, following our programming and safety standards. You will guide members toward goals, provide motivation, and help build a supportive community within the gym.

Compensation is competitive and based on experience with additional incentive payouts. Benefits include gym membership, health, vision and dental insurance, enhanced PTO, on-demand pay, and employee discounts.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older.
• High School Diploma or GED Equivalency.
• Nationally recognized personal training certification preferred at time of hire; required within 60 days if hired (ISSA preferred).
• Active CPR certification – Preferred at time of hire; required within 60 days if hired.

Responsibilities

• Lead individual and small-group training sessions in accordance with City Fitness programming, techniques, standards and expectations.
• Guide members toward health and fitness goals with safe, effective coaching.
• Foster motivation, confidence and community among members.
• Ensure proper form and safe execution of exercises and movements.

Education

Nationally recognized personal training certification (preferred; ISSA preferred)

CPR certification (required within 60 days)
