YouFit Miami is seeking a Certified Personal Trainer to join our team part-time. Help clients reach health and fitness goals with personalized programs and engaging training sessions. Requirements include NCCA certification or exercise-science degree, CPR/AED, and strong English communication.

Qualifications

Must be at least 18 years old.
NCCA Personal Trainer Certification or Exercise-Science related degree.
Maintain a CPR/AED certification.
Excellent English communication skills.
Passionate about fitness and delivering exceptional customer service.

Responsibilities

Client Support: Help clients reach health and fitness goals with personalized programs.
Motivation: Inspire clients through goal setting, follow-ups, and reassessments.
Training Sessions: Conduct engaging personal training sessions and small group classes.
Fitness Assessments: Perform three fitness assessments per week with prospective clients.
Sales & KPIs: Maintain sales and key performance indicators.
Session Goals: Meet or exceed 80 session completions per month.
Customer Service: Provide excellent customer service to keep members engaged.
Issue Resolution: Resolve customer service issues effectively.
Computer literacy: Use job-related software and tech with basic proficiency.
