Qualifications

• NCCA Personal Trainer Certification or Exercise-Science related degree required.
• CPR/AED certification must be maintained.
• Proficient in English; multilingual abilities a plus.
• Passionate about fitness and delivering excellent customer service.
• Able to multitask and stay motivated with a strong work ethic.

Responsibilities

• Help clients reach their health and fitness goals with personalized fitness programs.
• Inspire and motivate clients through goal setting, frequent follow-ups, and reassessments.
• Conduct engaging personal training sessions and small group classes.
• Perform three fitness assessments per week with prospective clients.
• Maintain sales and key performance indicators (KPIs).
• Meet or exceed 80 session completions per month.
• Provide excellent customer service and foster a positive environment.
• Resolve customer issues effectively and professionally.

Education
