ATTENTION PERSONAL TRAINERS: The UFC is HIRING!!

The UFC is searching for On-Call experienced Certified Personal Trainers with TOP TIER, HIGH ENERGY talent for our premier fitness and training facility in the Park City Mall in Lancaster. Provide us with your availability schedule, and based on your area of specialty and competence, we may assign clients for personal training with you at the gym.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:

1. Promote and conduct private training with members.
2. Assess member fitness levels, determine member goals, and create fitness programs to attain those objectives.
3. Execute an effective prospecting strategy by performing “Starter Sessions” and "Gym/Fitness Orientations".
4. Focus on CHANGING LIVES through empowering clients to become the best version of themselves.
5. Be a brand ambassador of UFC Gym and its “Train Different” philosophy.
6. Conduct safe and effective private training sessions.
7. Respond passionately and professionally to requests and inquiries from guests, members, and staff.

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS:

Knowledge, Skills & Abilities:

1. In-depth knowledge of Private Training techniques from assessment to program design.
2. Must personally be in excellent physical shape with the ability to demonstrate and perform all exercises included in training.
3. Must be able to adjust and operate all Fitness Equipment.
4. Knowledge of company policies, practices, and procedures, including emergency and safety procedures.
5. Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
6. Friendly, enthusiastic, and positive attitude.
7. Ability to understand and follow oral and written instructions.
8. Possess a strong customer service focus.
9. Strong organizational and time management skills. Understands basic record-keeping practices.

Certifications/Educational Level:

1. Current Personal Training Certification from a nationally recognized and accredited fitness organization.
2. Current CPR/AED certification (or in progress).
3. High school diploma or general education degree (GED).

Minimum Experience:

AT LEAST 1 year of applicable personal training experience.
