CENTERS, LLC is seeking qualified personal trainers to deliver effective fitness sessions at our Health and Recreation Center. You will guide clients of varied fitness levels, ensuring safety and adherence to center policies and procedures.

Ideal candidates hold CPR/AED and a nationally accredited certification (e.g., NASM, ACE, NSCA). Strong leadership, organization, and communication skills are essential for success in a dynamic, client‑focused environment.

Qualifications

• Must hold current CPR/AED and first aid certification.
• Must possess a current nationally accredited personal training certification (e.g., AFAA, FITTOUR, ACE, NASM, ACSM, NSCA).
• Leadership and supervisory abilities.
• Entrepreneurial spirit and enthusiasm.
• Excellent organizational, written, and interpersonal communication skills.
• Ability to work independently.
• Knowledge of standard practices in fitness, wellness, and recreation.

Responsibilities

• Safely instruct clients through effective personal training sessions at the Health and Recreation Center.
• Provide quality customer service to all clients regardless of fitness level or appearance.
• Ensure client safety in strength and cardiovascular areas; enforce program and building policies.
• Communicate effectively with supervisor via phone, email, or in person.
• Attend department staff meetings; other duties as assigned.
