Job summary

National Fitness Center in Tennessee seeks Certified Personal Trainers to lead individual and group sessions, driving member goals and sales targets. You will work with the Fitness Manager to deliver a high-quality training experience, sustain brand standards, and promote fitness education.

Ideal candidates hold a current PT certification, CPR/AED within 30 days, and strong communication skills. The role offers a dynamic, safety-conscious environment with opportunities for growth and development.

Qualifications

• Passion for fitness/health/wellness.
• Current Personal Training certification from an approved accredited program.
• Four year or advanced degree may be submitted in lieu of PT certificate.
• High School diploma or equivalent.
• Strong communication skills with diverse members.
• CPR/AED certification required within 30 days of hire.

Responsibilities

• Facilitate personal training, small group, or team sessions to meet sales and service goals.
• Provide excellent member service and complete new member programs.
• Promote training packages to hit monthly targets.
• Serve as a resource on fitness and nutrition for members.
• Schedule and service training sessions; maintain communication with management.
