Job summary

Planet Fitness is seeking a Fitness Trainer to create a welcoming atmosphere and guide members on their fitness journeys. You will operate the PF group fitness program (PE@PF), deliver classes, and provide an outstanding member experience in our Judgement Free Zone.

Responsibilities include scheduling classes, engaging with members about goals, and promoting a supportive training environment to help members reach their targets.

Qualifications

• Certified Personal Trainer through a recognized certifying body.
• Knowledge of exercise physiology, strength training and cardiovascular conditioning.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to motivate and inspire members.

Responsibilities

• Class Scheduling & Program Management: Create and manage the class schedule and DYOP sessions.
• Member Engagement: Interact with members on the club floor to discuss goals and assist with equipment usage.
