Job summary

The YMCA of Greater Cleveland seeks a Personal Trainer to design and implement individualized fitness regimens and conduct member assessments. You will recruit and develop personal training clients, deliver engaging workouts, and maintain client records in Daxko Engage.

Responsibilities include promoting services, meeting sales and retention goals, and ensuring safety and cleanliness in wellness spaces while staying current with required certifications and policies.

Qualifications

• Must be able to conduct scientifically valid fitness assessments and interpret results.
• Must design personalized exercise programs for general populations and for special concerns (obesity, heart disease, arthritis, diabetes, etc.).
• Strong motivation, communication, and sales skills are essential.
• Maintain confidentiality and practice tact and discretion.
• Uphold YMCA mission, values, and ethics.
