• Certified Personal Trainer with hands-on training experience.
• Solid knowledge of health, fitness principles and strength training techniques.
• Ability to connect with members of all fitness levels and backgrounds.

• Lead one-on-one and small-group training sessions and tailor workouts to individual goals.
• Provide fitness consultations and measure progress.
• Demonstrate proper techniques and supervise exercise on the fitness floor.
