Job summary

You will design programs, educate clients on nutrition and workouts, and promote Crunch services while maintaining a welcoming club environment.

The role emphasizes safe exercise instruction, client goal tracking, and collaboration with management to meet sales and service targets.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required and eligibility to work in the U.S.
• Certifications such as ACSM, ACE, NASM, NSCA or similar are preferred.
• Excellent communication and customer-service skills.

Responsibilities

• Deliver personal training sessions and introductory package experiences.
• Create comprehensive fitness programs with education on resistance and cardio training.
• Instruct clients on proper equipment use and safe exercise techniques.
• Promote member services and fitness seminars to drive engagement and retention.
• Maintain a clean, organized club environment and support other duties as assigned.
