Job summary

Fitness Ventures (Crunch Fitness) is seeking a dedicated Personal Trainer/Brand Ambassador to deliver high-quality training sessions and guide members toward achieving their fitness goals. You will educate clients on exercise selection, nutritional guidelines, and overall fitness lifestyle while promoting Crunch Fitness within the community.

Responsibilities include creating personalized programs, scheduling sessions, and participating in member services and events.

Qualifications

• Certifications in leading personal training programs (CPT).
• Proven knowledge across ACSM, ACE, NASM, NSCA and others.

Responsibilities

• Create an outstanding initial personal training experience for introductory clients.
• Prepare and deliver comprehensive fitness programs based on clients' goals.
• Inform clients about fitness tools and nutritional recommendations.
• Set expectations and track progress with clients.
• Demonstrate safe and proper exercise technique.
• Instruct members on proper use of club equipment.
• Support club activities (seminars, boot camps, demos).
• Maintain a neat, organized club environment.
• Design programs using company tools; schedule sessions and admin time.
• Execute trainer business plan and other duties as assigned.
