Life Time, Inc. is seeking a dedicated Personal Trainer to help members achieve healthier lives through personalized training plans and ongoing coaching. You will conduct assessments, tailor workouts, and deliver exceptional service on the gym floor.

The role requires CPR/AED and a certified training credential, with a focus on safety, motivation, and customer satisfaction. Westlake location, on-site role with opportunities to advance as you gain experience.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• 1 year of personal training experience.
• Certified personal Trainer certification.
• CPR and AED certification required.
• Knowledge of fitness, cardiovascular training, nutrition and program design.
• Ability to perform aerobic activity for extended periods and lift up to 50 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Develop safe, professional client programs to drive goal achievement and retention.
• Instruct clients during sessions on safe and effective use of equipment.
• Conduct fitness consultations including pre-participation screening and goal setting.
• Provide fitness floor assistance, education, and motivation to members.
• Promote and sell personal training programs and services.
• Complete administrative requirements for each client’s fitness plan.
• Maintain current certifications and stay updated on industry trends.
