Job summary

EXOS in Sunnyvale, CA is seeking a Personal Trainer to join our team to help clients achieve fitness and health goals through personalized coaching.

You will design workouts, coach one-on-one and in small groups, and maintain administrative tasks such as scheduling and reporting hours. A strong communication style and motivation skills are essential to thrive in a corporate fitness setting.

Qualifications

• Must hold a nationally accredited personal training certification (NASM/ACSM/NSCA/ACE, etc.).
• Minimum 1 year of personal training experience with clients.
• Current CPR/AED & First Aid certifications.
• Demonstrated ability to perform necessary training movements and exercises.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to motivate clients.

Responsibilities

• Provide excellent customer service and help maintain a positive gym experience.
• Conduct 1:1 and small group sessions to help clients meet fitness goals.
• Write workout plans for clients to follow with or without supervision.
• Provide fitness education and advice to gym users.
• Collaborate with the personal training team to expand knowledge and capabilities.
• Handle administrative duties related to planning workouts, reporting hours, and scheduling sessions.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
