Job summary

EXOS is seeking a passionate Personal Trainer to join our dynamic team in a corporate gym environment. You will work 1:1 and in small groups, guiding clients with individualized workouts and ongoing motivation to achieve their fitness goals.

Qualified candidates hold a NASM/ACSM/NSCA/ACE certification, CPR/AED/First Aid, and have at least 1 year of experience. Excellent communication and nutrition awareness are essential for success at EXOS.

Qualifications

• Certified through NASM/ACSM/NSCA/ACE or equivalent.
• Minimum 1 year of experience as a Personal Trainer with clients.
• Strong knowledge of exercise science and ability to teach movements.
• Basic nutrition understanding and weight management awareness.
• Ability to engage diverse client groups in a corporate gym setting.

Responsibilities

• Deliver exceptional customer service to gym members and create a positive experience.
• Provide 1:1 and small group personal training sessions.
• Design and implement personalized workout plans for clients.
• Educate, motivate, and guide clients toward fitness goals.
• Collaborate with the training team and handle administrative tasks.
