Job summary

GYMGUYZ Greater Morris County provides mobile personal training directly to homes, offices, and organizations. This role offers flexible, part-time hours with competitive pay and performance bonuses as you train clients on their terms.

You’ll deliver high-energy sessions, design personalized programs via Mindbody and Trainerize, and advance through a growth path into Master Trainer and leadership roles within a nationwide network of fitness pros.

Qualifications

• Nationally recognized personal training certification (NASM, ACE, ISSA, ACSM, etc.) and CPR/AED certified.
• Reliable transportation and willingness to travel between sessions.
• Comfort with mobile apps and client notes for session management (Mindbody & Trainerize).
• Excellent communication, professionalism, and energy.

Responsibilities

• Deliver creative, high-energy in-home and on-site training sessions.
• Design personalized programs using our GYMGUYZ App.
• Conduct reassessments using the GYMGUYZ App.
• Manage your schedule efficiently.
• Motivate clients, track results, and celebrate wins.
• Collaborate with a supportive team that shares your passion.
