Job summary

GYMGUYZ is seeking a Certified Personal Trainer to deliver high-energy, in-home and on-site coaching for clients who want training on their terms. You’ll design personalized programs, track progress, and travel between sessions with the support of a nationwide network.

The role offers $30-$40/hr plus performance bonuses and a clear growth path into leadership roles. Flexible schedule from part-time to full-time, onboarding and ongoing development, and use of Mindbody/Trainerize for client

Qualifications

• Nationally recognized personal training certification (NASM, ACE, ISSA, ACSM, etc.).
• CPR/AED certified (required).
• Reliable transportation and willingness to travel between sessions.
• Comfort with mobile/web apps to manage sessions and client notes.

Responsibilities

• Deliver creative, high-energy in-home and on-site training sessions.
• Design personalized programs using our GYMGUYZ App.
• Conduct reassessments using the GYMGUYZ App.
• Manage your schedule efficiently.
• Motivate clients, track results and celebrate wins.
• Collaborate with a supportive team and uphold DRIVE values.
