Job summary

GYMGUYZ is hiring a Certified Personal Trainer to deliver in-home and on-site training across homes, offices, and organizations. You’ll use the GYMGUYZ App to design programs, reassess client progress, and manage a flexible schedule with growth opportunities beyond training.

Competitive pay of $30-$40/hour plus performance bonuses and onboarding support. Travel between sessions is expected, with training in a nationwide network of fitness pros and ongoing development.

Qualifications

• Nationally recognized personal training certification (NASM, ACE, ISSA, ACSM, etc.).
• CPR/AED certification (required).
• Reliable transportation & willingness to travel between sessions.
• Familiar with mobile and web apps to manage sessions, client notes, and communication.
• Excellent communication, energy, and professionalism.

• Deliver creative, high-energy in-home and on-site training sessions.
• Design personalized programs using our GYMGUYZ App.
• Conduct reassessments using the GYMGYZ App.
• Manage your schedule efficiently.
• Motivate clients, track results, and celebrate wins.
