Job summary

GYMGUYZ Silicon Valley is expanding rapidly and seeks elite trainers to own their zone, deliver high-impact results, and join a 5-star team. You will travel to clients' homes, offices, and parks, building strong relationships and using our app to track progress.

We offer flexible scheduling, $40–$60/hour pay based on experience, and bonuses. Equipment and coaching support help you grow, with opportunities for leadership and education support.

Qualifications

• Nationally certified through NASM, ACE, ISSA, or ACSM.
• At least 1 year of personal training experience.
• CPR/AED certification.
• Have a reliable vehicle and can train clients at homes/offices/parks.
• Live near one of the three strategic territories: San Jose, Peninsula (Saratoga to South SF), Fremont/Hwy 101 corridor.

Responsibilities

• Travel to clients’ homes, offices, and parks to lead custom workouts.
• Build strong relationships with clients of all ages and fitness levels.
• Track progress, adjust programming, and deliver results using the GYMGUYZ app.
• Represent GYMGUYZ with energy, professionalism, and passion.
• Promote health and wellness at local events and community activations.

You’re a Fit If You

• Are nationally certified (NASM, ACE, ISSA, ACSM, etc.)
• Have at least 1 year of personal training experience
• Are CPR/AED certified
• Have a reliable vehicle and are excited to train clients at home
• Love helping people of all backgrounds—executives, parents, seniors, athletes
• Are goal-driven, self-motivated, and bring energy to every session
• Live in or near one of our three strategic territories:
• 1. San Jose Territory: Downtown SJ to Gilroy
• Peninsula Territory: Saratoga to South SF via Hwy 280
• Fremont / Hwy 101 Corridor: Fremont, Milpitas, Mountain View, Santa Clara to South SF

Bonus Points If You

• Have experience in corrective exercise, strength coaching, or adaptive training
• Have worked in-home or as a mobile trainer before
• Want to grow into a team lead or management role
