Job summary

GYMGUYZ is seeking an In-Home Fitness Professional / Certified Personal Trainer to coach clients in private homes, offices, and other locations. Earn $35–$50/hour plus performance incentives, with both part-time and full-time opportunities and flexible scheduling.

You will deliver customized strength and conditioning programs, track progress, and travel locally to clients, using Mindbody and Trainerize for scheduling and documentation.

Qualifications

• Current nationally recognized personal training certification required.
• Current CPR/AED certification required.
• Reliable transportation and willingness to travel locally between appointments.

Responsibilities

• Coach clients in their homes or other client locations.
• Develop individualized strength/conditioning programs.
• Update workouts and client notes in our platform.
• Perform progress reassessments with clients.
• Travel between appointments to visit clients.
• Communicate progress with clients and the GYMGUYZ team.
• Celebrate milestones and maintain client accountability.

A Typical Day Could Include

• Coaching a private client in their home
• Developing an individualized strength or conditioning program
• Updating workouts and client notes through our technology platform
• Performing a progress reassessment
• Traveling to your next scheduled client
• Coaching clients with different ages, abilities, and fitness objectives
• Communicating progress with clients and the GYMGUYZ team
• Celebrating milestones and keeping clients accountable

You’ll use platforms such as Mindbody and Trainerize to help manage scheduling, programming, session documentation, and communication.

You’ll Need

• Current nationally recognized personal training certification — NASM, ACE, ISSA, ACSM, or equivalent
• Current CPR/AED certification
• Reliable transportation
• Willingness to travel locally between appointments
• Confidence using mobile and web applications
• Excellent communication skills
• Dependability and professionalism
• Ability to adapt workouts to individual clients
