GYMGUYZ Hudson, Bergen and Rockland is hiring Certified Fitness Coaches and Personal Trainers to deliver personalized fitness experiences in clients' homes, residential communities, workplaces, and other convenient locations.

You will assess goals, develop customized programs, coach safe workouts, track progress, and keep clients engaged. The role offers flexible part-time and full-time schedules, mileage reimbursement, onboarding, and opportunities for advancement.

Qualifications

• Nationally recognized personal training certification (NASM/ACE/ISSA/ACSM) required.
• Current CPR/AED certification.
• Reliable transportation and ability to travel locally.

You’ll work with a wide variety of people, goals, ages, and ability levels while being supported by an established local fitness company.

There isno trainer rent, no waiting for walk-ins, and no routine sales requirement. Your primary responsibility is delivering an outstanding client experience.

The Role

You’ll be responsible for creating an exceptional fitness experience for every client.

That includes:

• Assessing individual fitness needs and goals
• Developing customized exercise programs
• Coaching safe and effective workouts
• Conducting periodic reassessments
• Tracking progress and documenting sessions
• Providing motivation and accountability
• Managing your assigned schedule responsibly
• Using mobile technology for programming, client notes, and communication
• Working collaboratively with other GYMGUYZ professionals
• Maintaining a consistently professional client experience

What We're Looking For

You should have:

• A nationally recognized personal training certification such as NASM, ACE, ISSA, ACSM, or comparable credential
• Current CPR/AED certification
• Reliable transportation
• Willingness to travel locally to client appointments
• Comfort using mobile apps and web-based platforms
• Excellent communication skills
• Strong professionalism and reliability
• Genuine enthusiasm for helping people improve their health and fitness

Compensation: $35.00 - $50.00 per hour
