What You’ll Do:

• Deliver personalized in-home and on-site personal training sessions tailored to clients of all fitness levels and goals
• Design customized fitness programs using the GYMGUYZ Fitness App based on client needs and preferences
• Ensure client safety, provide ongoing motivation and support the client fitness journey
• Educate clients on proper exercise techniques and the importance of a healthy lifestyle
• Conduct reassessments to monitor client progress and promote retention
• Manage appointments and schedules using the GYMGUYZ scheduling app
• Travel to client locations, ensuring punctuality, professionalism and adherence to brand standards
• Participate in team meetings and perform additional duties as assigned

What You’ll Bring:

• Nationally recognized personal training certification, e.g. ISSA, NASM, ACE, ACSM
• Current CPR/AED certification
• Comprehensive knowledge of exercise physiology, anatomy and nutrition
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to engage clients and team members effectively
• Willingness to travel to client locations and work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends
• Experience with leading group classes is a plus
• A collaborative team player spirit with the ability to thrive in a dynamic environment
• Experience with Mindbody and Trainerize is a plus
