GYMGUYZ is hiring a Certified Personal Trainer to deliver in-home and on-site sessions across homes, offices, and organizations. You will design personalized programs using our app and conduct regular reassessments to track client progress.

The role offers flexible scheduling from part-time to full-time, competitive pay at $30-$40/hr with performance bonuses, and growth paths into leadership roles. Training and onboarding are provided to support ongoing development.

Qualifications

• Nationally recognized personal trainer certification required.
• CPR/AED certification required.
• Reliable transportation and willingness to travel between sessions.
• Comfort with mobile/web apps to manage sessions and notes.

Responsibilities

• Deliver in-home and on-site training sessions with high energy.
• Design personalized programs using the GYMGUYZ App.
• Conduct reassessments and track client progress in the app.
• Manage schedules and communicate effectively with clients.
• Motivate clients and celebrate progress; collaborate with the team.
