The role requires a vehicle for regular travel, strong interpersonal skills, and MS Office proficiency. You will work on-site with travel in the surrounding area and collaborate with care teams to enhance health outcomes.

Qualificações

• Must have CPRS/CPS/CPSS/CRPS/PRSS, Peer Specialist credentials.
• Must obtain NCPS/NCPRSS within one year of hire.
• Self-identified in recovery and able to relate to others.
• Valid vehicle for travel within the field; driver license required.

Responsabilidades

• Provide non-clinical, evidence-based peer support services.
• Advocate for members and support recovery planning (WRAP).
• Assist with wellness self-management and resilience building.
• Document interactions and maintain records per standards.
• Travel within the community to meet members and conduct outreach.
