Job summary

PeerStar is Pennsylvania's largest and most established peer support provider, offering Certified Peer Specialists (CPS) and Certified Recovery Specialists (CRS) since 2008. As a CPS, you will provide hope, understanding, and empowerment through shared experience—helping peers overcome mental health obstacles and build lasting friendships.

You will work full-time or part-time with benefits including health, dental, 401k, PTO, and a $2,000 sign-on bonus when your PCB certification is active.

Qualifications

• Must have an active CPS certification through the Pennsylvania Certification Board (PCB).
• Must attest to having a mental health diagnosis and be at a point in recovery to support others.
• Eighteen (18) years of age and older.
• Must have maintained 6 months of consecutive employment or volunteer work experience; OR within the last three (3) years, at least 12 months of paid/volunteer work.
• Ability to use iPad for documentation.
• Must have a driver\'s license and reliable transportation.
