Looking for More Than Just a Job?
At Resources for Human Development (RHD), we believe every person deserves the opportunity to live a meaningful, fulfilling, and independent life.
We’re seeking a compassionate and recovery-focused Certified Peer Specialist (CPS) to join our Lednum Transitional Recovery Program (LTRP) team.
As a Certified Peer Specialist, you’ll use peer support, advocacy, recovery education, and your own recovery experience to help individuals recognize their strengths, build confidence, develop coping strategies, and prepare for greater independence in the community.
If you believe recovery is possible and want to help others recognize their own potential, this could be the career for you.
About Lednum Transitional Recovery Program
The Lednum Transitional Recovery Program (LTRP) builds on RHD’s transitional recovery model, which since 2021 has supported individuals with high and complex behavioral health needs as they prepare to transition from institutional or acute crisis settings into community-based living.
The program provides individualized recovery supports designed to help participants stabilize, strengthen independent living skills, build confidence, develop natural supports, and prepare for meaningful community inclusion.
As a Certified Peer Specialist, you’ll play a unique role by bringing a recovery perspective to the team and helping participants see that greater independence, wellness, and community involvement are possible.
