Responsibilities

• Provide expertise in recovery, symptom management, peer counseling, and support to individuals, families, and staff; act as a community resource liaison; assist with treatment and education.
• Foster a team culture that respects clients' perspectives and preferences.
• Document all interactions in electronic health records.

Minimum Requirements

• Current PA CPS Certification or ability to obtain within 6 months; WRAP evaluation certification preferred.
• High School Diploma required; Bachelor’s in Human Services preferred.
• At least two years of paid or volunteer experience with adults with severe mental illness.
• Self-knowledge and mental health management skills, being well along in recovery.
• Valid driver’s license with ability to travel throughout Bucks County.
• Ability to perform physical job requirements, with or without accommodations.
