Sea Mar Community Health Centers in Vancouver, WA is seeking a Full-time Certified Peer Counselor (CPC) for our Behavioral Health Program. The CPC provides crisis intervention services to individuals referred to Sea Mar’s AMCI team, collaborating with Mental Health Professionals and Crisis staff to deliver outreach, referral, and follow-up support in the community.

Responsibilities include case management, collaboration with clinical staff, documentation, and engagement with community resources

Qualificações

• Must be a consumer of Washington State’s mental health services.
• Certified Peer Counselor/CPSS in the State of Washington.
• Must have and maintain a current TB test & CPR certification.

Responsabilidades

• Provides case management services to assigned consumers with housing, income, employment, medical and mental health needs.
• Assists clients in recovery and accessing community resources and supports.
• Document services and coordinate with clinical staff and program managers.
