Job summary

Kids Teeth in Mount Pleasant, SC is seeking a dental assistant to join our award-winning pediatric practice. You will support the doctor during procedures, help create a comforting experience for children, and contribute to a friendly, family-focused team.

We offer competitive pay of 26–30/hour, with benefits like insurance, 401(k), PTO, CE, and generous time off (no weekends). If you're passionate about caring for kids and growing professionally, we'd love to meet you.

Qualifications

• CDA or RDA certification required or clearly in progress.
• Nitrous certification (or eligible) required.
• Minimum 2+ years of pediatric dental assisting experience.
• Positive attitude and strong communication skills.
• A genuine love for working with children and families.

Responsibilities

• Assist the doctor during pediatric procedures.
• Help children feel safe, comfortable, and confident.
• Take digital x-ray and prepare treatment rooms.
• Educate parents on home care and next steps.
• Support teammates and keep the day running smoothly.

What You'll Do

What You Bring

Schedule

Monday–Thursday: 8:30 AM–5:00 PM

Friday: 8:30 AM–4:30 PM (every other Friday off!)

Two Tuesday evenings/month (1:00–7:00 PM during the school year)

No weekends
