Job summary

TRP Infrastructure is seeking a Certified Payroll Coordinator to ensure compliance with Davis-Bacon and prevailing-wage requirements across projects in Texas. You will handle wage classifications, project coding, and audit-ready documentation, partnering with payroll, operations, and HR to resolve issues quickly.

You will manage certified payroll submissions, maintain compliance files, and track deadlines while supporting audits and information requests.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of payroll experience with direct certified payroll/prevailing-wage responsibility preferred.
• Knowledge of Davis-Bacon, state/local prevailing-wage concepts, and certified payroll reporting strongly preferred.
• Excellent attention to detail, documentation, and deadline management.
• Experience with construction/infrastructure payroll and project coding is a plus.

The Opportunity
