McCoy Construction & Forestry Inc. in Mount Vernon, IL is hiring a Certified Parts Advisor to help customers identify parts, use catalogs and our computer system, process billing, and update inventory records. You will maintain shelf stock and support warranty parts while delivering friendly, informed service.

On-site work is required. The role offers $18.00-$26.00 per hour based on experience, with benefits including medical, dental, vision, disability coverage, a 401(k) with company match,

Formación

McCoy Construction & Forestry, a John Deere dealership group with 25 locations across the Midwest and East South Central Regions, has an opening for a Certified Parts Advisor .

Our Certified Parts Advisor in MT Vernon, IL is responsible for assisting customers by properly identifying needed items, using parts catalogs and computer system, billing merchandise orders, and making necessary entries to the inventory control system, while distributing special order parts, receiving warranty parts, and maintaining shelf stock. This role provides a valuable opportunity to expand your industry expertise and offers clear pathways for career advancement within our organization

Essential Duties and Responsibilities (not in order of priority):

• Assist in keeping the parts department clean and professional, maintaining the retail sales floor.
• Participate in all company/location driven communication efforts, maintain positive and professional actions.

Education, Skills & Knowledge Preferred:

• Construction & forestry service knowledge highly recommended
• Computer, strong organizational and interpersonal skills
• Independently make decisions, work with all staff, customer-facing experience
• Strong ability to communicate with customers.
• $18.00-$26.00 based on experience
